So that's where that funny azz video about Kerry and Bush came from ("This Land
is You Land"), lol. You could definitely do that type of video in premiere..
actually, a member here does similiar stuff: Taky linked one here last year,
that was similiar to those there... I suppose you could take the photos you
wanted to you use, and seperate the elements you want to animate in photoshop
(the head, the mouth, the arms, whatever), import the layers into premiere, and
then animate the scale, rotate them, animate the position, whatever... You
could do it in AE, too, with more options, like the ability to paint your own
backgrounds or whatever, but what I saw at JibJab could be done in premiere..
Looks like it might be very tedius though, and you'd have a lot of videotracks
to deal with.. but you could definitley do it with Premiere.

Hey everybody!
I just watched Jay Leno tonight and he showed a video from a web site called
jibjab.com. They have some of the most clever and funniest videos I have ever
seen. Some of them are interactive, so this question does not apply to them.
But how hard would it be to do a project like these, and how would you go about
it? Thought it would be a great discussion thread about using some of the
features of AP. Let me know.
By the way, some of the videos have a political slant. I want to say right now
that I am in no way endorsing the views promoted in the videos. But watch a
couple and see the incredibly clever and creative use of video.
