That's a good suggestion. I think what you should do is take a generic avi
sample ...perhaps from the adobe site or disc (or bitmaps as well)..put it
in premiere ..set it to video for windows and then use an editing effect
that comes with premiere...if that works it is likely the interplay of your
DV REX stuff

This may be useless, but If Rex is like DVstorm you have to use
canopus transitions in order for them to playback in real time. Hope
it helps.
