An external hard drive? USB? So, you're pushing video once through a USB port
to the CPU. Are you also saving it back to the USB drive? That would explain
a lot right there. USB is like a cocktail straw for data.

Subject: [AP] HRS RENDERING (need advice) PLEASE

I've transferred a few videos from vhs to my external 250G. Now I'm
transferring one video (96.kb) to dvd, but the rendering is taking
forever. (6 hrs) and it's only 50% complete. I'm using P4, XP Home.
The settings seems correct. Does AP normally takes this long?

Your thoughts, appreciated.
