You can do it with premiere pro with the Color Corrector filter under Image Control. Here's the parameter HSL - Saturation - 0 RGB - Red Pedestal - 0.16 RGB - Green Pedestal - 0.12 You can play with other parameters to get the way you want Taky ----- Original Message ----- From: John Morgan To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, November 09, 2005 7:48 AM Subject: RE: [AP] "Converting" Video to "Black & White"
The "tan" is called sepia and yes, Magic Bullet does it, or if you have the Matrox effects that come with the RT.X100 hardware card, there's a nice real-time preset in the Matrox Color Correction effect. Otherwise, I'm sure its do-able with some fussing with existing Adobe FX. I've got the Matrox RT.X100 solution, so I don't know if the Calculations effect is available to software-only users...but if you do have the calculations effect, you could toss the black and white effect on the clip, then screen/overlay/multiply (layer compositing methods within the Calculations effect) a sepia color matte over the top of it to get nice results. Premiere 6.5 had some presets for this, but if you're using Pro you need a plugin. I really truly indeedelidoodeli recommend Magic Bullet. But it cost "some" money.. - RJ's are the best alarmclocks www.suneworld.com www.boxmod.net - Jeg modifiserer din Xbox innen 24 timer! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ken Leaver Jr." <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, November 09, 2005 2:32 PM Subject: [AP] "Converting" Video to "Black & White" > Does Adobe Premiere Pro have a tool that can converts color video to > "black and white" to make it look like old black and white film (that > "tan" color ?).
