You can a paper green screen for about $30 dollars.. you'll need to light it
right to get a good 'key' in premiere... Like Mike said, serious magic has
virtual backgrounds, and their keyer is the most simple to use..

You can get screens from serious ultra magic that range from relatively
inexpensive to a few bucks. You can try to make one at home but my results
have been pretty bad, wrinkles can be a big problem. There are some issues
with lighting as well. I think there are a few articles on the net on the
this, look up blue screen or green screen.
It takes a bit of doing to get reasonable results...or you could buy serious
magic ultra if you want to do this a lot,,,I think there is a demo to
download
