for VCD, you can locate those .DAT file and just rename them to .MPG. You can 
import them to premiere. But preferably, convert the MPEG file to AVI to import 
to premiere.

Thanks Jeff,

I like Premiere. But it can't read VCD   or DVD file directly. So, we have to
use third party software to convert to   AVI or MPEG 1-2 file. :-(
