Just save the Project file and any graphics file to a CD.  In fact, if 
you're project is small enough, say under 2 or 3 minutes, and you've got 
PP1.5, you might want to use the Project Manager and back up the entire 
project to a CD.  If it's more than a few minutes, you might write it to 
a DVD data disc.  Then you won't have to recapture it, just copy the 
trimmed folder back to your hard drive and edit away.
