Peter,

I just figured out 2 days ago how to get the sound to burn onto the DVD with
Ulead movie Maker 4.
You have to set the sound at 4800 mHz on the audio settings tab during MPEG
export. If it is set at
anything different Ulead will not pick up the sound and burn it to the DVD.

When I exported my timeline I only got one file, a MPEG file. Maybe there is a
.wav file floating around
in my computer from that export, but I didn't see one. Anyhow, I have all the
problems solved for now, and I
am burning DVD's for the first time.

When I export my timeline to the MPEG encoder I get two files: One with the
extension .m2v and one with the extension .wav
I have to import both into my DVD authoring software. I'm using DVDlab, very
nice and easy to use software (no association, though).
  Best regards
  Peter
