It all gets so crazy, John Fogerty sold the rights to Creedence Clearwater 
and then was told his new material sounded too much like the band so it was 
a violation. I recall some state/city was being sued by a manufacturer that 
used part of thier name for business...Denver Hayes  or what I forget. I 
think the USA has more lawyers than the rest of the world put together so it 
likely will only get worse ...
