i need advice
i am having some problems with some avi s that i imported. They all
are freezing visually, and stuttering auditorially...while continuing
to appear to be rolling. And it is happening at roughly 4:57 on each!
I was looking at the properties of the avi files and comparing them to
other avi files that are working in other AP projects. The only
difference I see is that in the 'properties' of the avi. a working one
says it is a 'dv codec'..the non-working one says 'DV movie' and says
nothing for codec. Now I am thinking perhaps i imported the original
tape into the wrong avi format? because they do play ok in Windows
Media player.
The question is....since I no longer have the original tapes here to
imput again, is there a program or software I could use to convert
them to the proper format?
