[AP] Notes on .jpg files and still photographs

I thought I'd just repeat a note that I was pro-offered here a couple 
of months back.....

Still images, and in my case, jpg files need to be 2200 res or lower 
to appear with stability in Premiere. 

I had been fighting with this issue for some time, and it is a key to 
keep from getting black screen in places where still should appear. 

At times the black screen issue is only revealed after the sequence is 
burned.
