I don't recall particularly seeing NTSC601 as a colorspace option in
Photoshop but if I were doing this I would try very hard to get an
appropriate ICM for that color space and preview my image in Photoshop
prior to saving for import to premiere. After all in PS I have the tools
to deal with gamut etc. on that still.
