I just wanted to let you know that I am blown away by the power of
Premiere Pro. I have recently asked questions about converting some
of my projects to PAL from NTSC to be used at a conference in
Germany. I was one of five people asked to make video products for
this conference. My customer had used my videos at a conference
here in the USA and wanted to travel with them.
I decided to play it safe and start each of my projects over in
PAL. I had the luxury of having the NTSC version in my head as I
recreated three videos. It took a little longer, but it was worth
it.
I called my customer today and he was estatic. Only two of us were
able to create usable videos in PAL 16:9 anamorph format. He told
me that he will be sending more work my way, as he is impressed with
the flexibility of my editing studio. In reality, it was all Adobe
Premiere Pro 2.0. What great software!! It has made me look like a
genius. That's pretty tough to do.
