Thanks for all your replies. With the present state of software- hardware combination nowadays with regards burning to DVD's it's really helpful if we get to understand the process. In my case, I've had numerous instances when a DVD disc would run ok on one player and not on another. There must be a simple procedure with regards the burning process. If the members don't mind pls. share with the forum the various steps you take in successfully burning a DVD.
What I do now is: 1) edit in PPro 1.5 2} record the edited project back to miniDV by playing in the timeline 3) re-capture/digitize the edited version back to Premiere 4} export the avi file to Roxio or Ulead 5} burn to DVD 6} cross my fingers and pray hard that everything will be ok.
