Emma,

Select the clips, and open the Effect Controls panel. (from the top menu:
Window > Effect Controls) With the clip selected, increase the "Scale" value in
the Effect Controls panel until the clip fills the program monitor. (Probably
200% or so)

Subject: [AP] resizing 15 fps 320x240 quicktime movies to take up whole DV
screen (Premiere Pr

I took some video using my digital camera which uses quicktime 320x240
  resolution and 15 fps.

I tried bringing these clips into my Premiere Pro 1.5 project which
also has regular 720x480 DV video clips. I arranged everything in the
sequence I want and exported to a DVD. However when I play it back,
the lower res movies appear smaller on the TV with a black border
  around them.

Can anyone explain how to resize these clips in Premiere to take up
  the whole screen?

  Thanks...
