I think you would be better off reading the help file as a complete tutorial 
would cover hundreds of different subjects, read about video capture and then 
simple a/b timeline editing to get the basics and then you can move onto adding 
transitions etc between your clips then eventually exporting the finished 
product.
Then just have a mess around trial and error and if you think you would like to 
be able to do certain things with your project look at the help file, it's 
really quite simple to use when you get the hang of it I couldn't give someone 
a complete tutorial as the things I know I've learnt over years of using it 
since i got my very first copy of Premiere LE with my first capture card.
You can always look on the net though as some sites do provide free video's to 
download showing how to perform some features of Premiere.
