Dear Sune:

You were right! I explored some data from the support knowledgebase 
and found a technical documentation about this problem 
(http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/332888.html). In have an out 
of date Realtek High Definition Audio device driver that makes crash 
the PC. I updated the driver and now all work fine.
Hope this solution may help more people.
