Unfortunately, no. What you are seeing is the fact that video screens display a 
different color range than computer monitors. What is bright white on a video 
monitor looks gray on a computer monitor. 

If you will not be exporting your finished program back to videotape, or DVD, 
then you can use the brightness / contrast effect in Premiere Pro 2 on your 
selected clip to increase its visibility on a computer screen. For example, if 
you're editing a program for youtube, then you can increase the brightness so 
that it looks good played back on your computer screen. But this will make it 
look ugly if you play it back on a video monitor/DVD/TV, etc.

  I'd like to know if it is possible to set the brightness of the monitor 
  in PPRO 2.0 windows.
  This because when I'm trying to edit a movie in the two monitor the
