Put a video clip on the timeline. Position timeline cursor within that clip. Hit Shift+Ctrl+M keys to export a frame. Open that frame in Photoshop and examine image size (most likely [EMAIL PROTECTED] pixels per inch). Make all your other stills that same size (set up actions in Photoshop so this is a one-key function) so they'll import at exact size.
