I'd just like to thank Jeff for all the help he's given the group.
I've just upgraded to Pro2 and had bought his Premiere Pro 2 book. It
is really well laid out and has already been invaluable in quickly
explaining how titles are now embedded, which had me stumped for a while!
Shame the examples are in NTSC though, which won't work with my RTX100.

p.s. for anyone who is having problems with large projects crashing or
locking, I have just completed a 4 camera 2 hour edit with tga slides
and hundreds of cuts and the project didn't lock once, despite being
30 meg big at the end - the only worry was the the time it took to
save each time because it was so big, but it was rock solid. Luck or
have Adobe finally sorted out all the bugs? Hope so!
p.p.s Jeff - the best way to make a Powerpoint Slide not flicker is
still the right-click flicker removal option, although the new
alternatives are good but not perfect (but I suppose you knew that - lol)
