I understand you are using the video and the audio associated with each part of
video.

What you need to do is separate the video and the audio tracks, and use only
the two good tracks of audio and swithing cameras changing only the video parts
or segments (obviously, sincronizated)
To do this, right click over ECM clip and choose "unlink video and audio". Then
delete the ECM audio (or drag it to a "silenced track") and keep only the video
track. Use this ECM part of video to change cameras, while the sound track
remains intact from other sources.

I don“t know exactly if this is your problem, please let me know

  Subject: [AP] Multi-cam editing!

  Hi group!
I've shot a 14 minute TV-program with three cameras with three different
sound sources (to tie-clips and one Sony ECM-674 mounted on the third
  camera).
I've created a multi-cam sequence and edited it on the fly. But the sound
source changes each time I switch camera position. I'd like it to use the
two tie clips and forget about the ECM. Is there any way I can do this, or
do I have to manually go through the multi-cam source and do all edits
manually? Seems like such a chore..

  Thanks:)
