I actually deleted the preview files, and all the files in my temp folders. Of course PP2 had to regenerate all the .pek files and preview files, but I still had the same problem.
The only thing that worked for me was to create all new sequences, then copy and paste all the audio and video clips from the old sequences to the new ones and now they will render.
