As for trying to find the correct drivers for the Windows XP operating system, why not try HYPERLINK "http://www.driversagent.com"www.driversagent.com? It does cost money ($39.95, I think), but it searches and gives you a link to the correct driver needed for XP. Good luck.

Hi fellow listers! I bought a new laptop the other day. This was a HP 9271 and came with Vista. I thought I would have no problems wiping the Vista installation and do a complete XP PRO install. But as it turns out this (stupid) laptop is filled with components optimized for Vista. I can't find half of the drivers for XP that I need. So, back to the same old boring question... What issues are people having with Premiere Pro 2 and Vista? I installed it safely and it seemed to run Ok, but I'd hate to bump into a critical crash in a critical situation... HYPERLINK "http://www.adobe.com/support/products/pdfs/adobe_products_and_windows_vista .pdftells"http://www.adobe.-com/support/-products/-pdfs/adobe_-products_-and _windows_-vista.pdftells me that it runs with minimal known issues.
