CS3 is the creative suite that Premiere Pro 3 is being bundled in. I think instead of Audition, they're bundling the new sound app called "Soundbooth," which is a dumbed down version of Audition geared towards editing audio from and for video.
I think there will also be a version of the suite (don't know if it's standard or pro or what...) that has DVRack by Serious Magic. Well, it used to be called DVRack, but Adobe bought them so now it's got some other name. This also gives them the ability to bundle Serous Magic's Ultra, which is one of the best keying (green screen / blue screen) apps I've worked with...
