Hello,
when you are starting a new project are you selecting Matrox DV/DVCAM as the
project type?
Are you still images? For best real-time performance with the RTX100 you
need to use 720x480 32bit TGA files,(I am assuming you are NTSC)
To open the Matrox adjustment window click on the small square icon next to
the effect in the Effects control window.
