I'm not understanding the question. Do you need a video of an audio waveform? Or video with an audio wave form?
Are you talking about something on a timeline or an audio amplitude waveform? Or a Lissajous pattern? That would be the kind of audio waveform that is basically in a circle and shows phase patterns (stereo) and amplitude. I've seen free ware oscilloscope programs on the net. Whatever your sound card is seeing as you capture will display on this particular scope.
