I've just finishing up a project, an opera, or
thought I was, and am going to burn to DVD. It will
require 2 discs, one act per disc.
I've done some approval copies prior, they worked
fine. The only serious changes I have made are to
complete the menu, only 1 page, and add some audio
under the menu.
The project is just seconds over 1 hour 19 minnits.
But Encore says it can't be transcoded because the
bitrate required falls below the 2 mbps limit.
Why al of a sudden is it failing, and what is the
work around?
