Hi, I'm new to this group. I just purchased Premiere Elements 3.0 to
use with my Sony DCR-TRV340. The only way to capture video is by going
to capture settings, and switching the device to a WDM device. When I
try to do it in DV capture, it says "Device offline," both in the check
status panel and in the capture panel. The Sony DCR-TRV340 isn't
listed with the other Sony Handycams. Can someone give me any advice
for this problem?
