There are two ways you can accomplish this.  first, if you have audio in the
Left Channel, apply the audio effect "Fill Left" to the audio clip. This
will make what is in the Left Channel appear in the Right Channel.
Or, in the Audio Mixer, you can create a mono sub mix channel and in the
drop down below the audio track that has the clip in it select Mono Submix
instead of Master. This will mix both channels together then the Mono Submix
channel will send it to the Master mixed. You will need to raise the level
on the Mono Submix Channel +3.0db to maintain the original level.
