Joon-- make sure you are choosing a preset in the Adobe Media Encoder. If the file is still too large, you should tweak the bitrate and quality settings to lower the final file size.
Because you mentioned 700mb, I have a hunch you may be exporting via the File > Export > Movie settings, which is less-ideal for producing your finished, delivery format. Definitely use the Adobe Media Encoder, and you'll be happy. ----- Original Message ----- From: Joon Kang To: [email protected] Sent: Friday, June 08, 2007 9:48 AM Subject: [AP] Encoded Output File Hello, I'm a newbie here. I just wanted to know when I encode a file how not to make it so huge? For example I had 3 flv clips about 30 MB each and I wanted to put them together to make 1 video, but when I encoded it (to Quicktime), it became 700MB. I just want to view on my iPod video and upload to my site for my English language students. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] Yahoo!
