I think that may explain my issue, I was trying to convert the 
project to .mov so I could upload it to a Lego contest for my son. I 
was trying to burn it to a dvd in a .mov format so I could move it to 
my computer for the upload to Lego.  How do you transfer a .mov to a 
disk?
