My experience with PC notebook editing with Premiere Pro is that you want a
nVidia graphics card that has its own memory, not shared. As PPro uses the
gpu to help with rendering effects and the more the better. You will also
want to use an external hard drive to store your project and capture video
on. (there are some notebooks that have the capacity for a second hard drive
internal, I think the one you are looking at does, it says 240GB (5400rpm)
SATA Dual Hard Drive - 120GB x 2, so I think that is what it means)
As far as file collaboration with FC, I have no experience but the native
file format for PPro is .avi and FC is QT.
BTW next time you need to post a long link, try www.tinyurl.com I had a
heck of a time try to cut and past the long link.
You can download a free 30 day full trial version of Premiere Pro CS3 at
http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere/ and see how it works before buying.

Richard
