Actually, it's happening randomly and has nothing to do with moving the clips. You put stuff on the timeline...it works fine. You save the project, close Premiere CS3, reopen, and SOME of the clips are mysteriously offlined. From what I can tell, it's happening as a result of Sequence becoming corrupted. Copy/pasting clips to new sequence solved it for me. It began happening after Adobe Cleanup Level 4 and reinstallation of CS3. I got bit by the 8.31.07 thing :) John
