I have found that the ACEVio from Canopus an excellent video card with all my
versions of premiere. 6.5 / Pro 1.5 & Pro 2 (I haven't tried CS3 but I suspect
it will be OK)
It gives you Analogue I/O, plus a Firewire link I/O.
I am not sure of the price though. Over here in the UK it retails for approx
£160 - £180 which may be outside the price you are looking for, but most of
these things tend to be a little cheaper in the States and it may be lower.
