I have a Sony Hi-8 Computer Video Deck CVD-1000 that I purchased several years ago, before Digital 8 came out. I send my old Hi-8 images to the computer a Martox X-100 card using S-video. I have looked for software to use the computer to control the deck but have not had much luck. I just start the record process and then hit play and stop when I have the scene I want. It is a little slow but I can always trim the clips in AP. Hope this helps. -- Lee DSDP 4009 with Dodge 2500 4X4 and Can-Am 650 Click here to see where we are: <http://map.datastormusers.com/user2.cfm?user=2435> [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] Yahoo!
