The program I'm using is Adobe Flash Encoder. It used to work fine with embedded-audio MPEG-2's that I'd create out of the Velocity NLE. Sure I could switch to AVI, but the nice thing about MPEG-2's is that they're also Encore-ready for making DVDs, for when a client wants DVDs and various web formats as well. So if anyone has any particular embedded-audio MPEG-2 settings for Adobe Encoder they'd like to share, please post them.
