Mike.

This may be a propagation problem with Yahoo. Bearing in mind that Moderators 
get special privileges, the Links section does appear to be working OK and the 
Add Link tab is near the top right of the Links page. I checked the settings 
and it says that Members can create modify etc.

Try it again and if it still doesn't work, post the link and description here 
and I'll upload it for you.

  Great! But it doesn't appear to be enabled yet. I went to add a link 
  folder for video showcase links and couldn't find any link adding 
  controls on the page.
