You can make a white matte in Photoshop with a 100%
red, green or blue spot in the middle that fades
toward the edges, blending into the white. Use
whichever color is least used in your video.

Overlay that on the video and key out the color in the
middle. The effect will be static, but you could
create mattes with different shapes of the key color.

The easiest way to to the color in the middle would be
to create custom gradients in Photoshop and adjust the
blend to white to start close to the white end.

Then for a circular hole, chose your gradient with the
circular option, click in the middle of an all white
image and drag out to where you want the fade to
start, then release.
