Hi sorry for delay, i was busy I don't think it's a illegal, because it's a Cd containing a driver for Pinnacle DC 30 series (Miro), it's a very old cd, from 2001 i think. He gives an access to use the perfect configuration between Adobe Premiere and The DC 30 Card.
