Hi there,
You can make it at your own with Photoshop or Premiere titler, then use matte
key video effect and moving it as transition.
Or you can use the transition plug-in from any video developer such Boris FX
, etc.
I think i have a good shape heart transition in my HD. But i must looking for
it first, it's long enough i don't use it. When i found it, i'll send it to
you. Hope you don't need it in rush.
