I don't know but - isn't this a Bluetooth/Operating System issue and not a Premiere Pro issue? I use headphones through the motherboard sound and it works for OS sounds, media players, and through Premiere Pro, without doing anything to any application. So wouldn't Bluetooth sound work the same way?
