Unfortunately, something probably happened during its installation. Their web site also says : "After the installation all media data created with the purchased codec package will be rendered without any watermark. All other codecs remain available in demo mode. Note: The MainConcept Reference master application is required to install and use your purchased codec"
That statement makes it sound like it should have "unlocked" automatically. Perhaps you should contact MainConcept.
