I already solved the problem by myself: I copied CompilerMCMPEG.prm
and
other 6 prm files from
D:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\CS3
\MediaCore\MainConcept
to the premiere folder where other prm files
are sitted
D:\Program
Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CS3\Plug-ins\en_US
Everything is OK now.
