I have RT.X2 too! Recently upgraded to CS4 with Matrox 4.0 run under Vista 64-bit. It's very stable.

So far it is working fine. Just make sure you have the latest updates from Adobe and Microsoft. It still crashes from time to time, as it did on Windows XP, but it seems to handle the memory issue a little better for some reason. I recently upgraded to the rt.x2 hardware from Matrox, and that has made editing HDV footage a much nicer experience. The realtime display on a plasma HDTV is a beautiful thing. If I had the cash and the time to do it over again, I would probably go with the Axio rather than the rt.x2, though.
