When you say "No it cannot be made to work by just typing in GTX 480", are
you referring to the cuda_supported_cards.txt file located in the Adobe
Premiere Pro CS5 directory? And if so, have you tried typing the line
"GeForce GTX 480"?

I note some of you having good preview results with GTX 470 and CS5. Thats
good news
Some while ago I istalled GTX480 in a fit of enthusiasm as it was a more
powerful card than 470 (plus 800 watt power supply to match) only to find
that at that time Adobe CS5 did not 'support' either. Now of course the 470
is supported ....I am still out on a limb as Adobe still gives no indication
of when or if they will manage to support the GTX480....I do get by with
previews but only just (Intel Quad & 8 GB ram) (No it cannot be made to work
by just typing in GTX 480).
Does anyone have inside news about when support will come? Kelvin
