Playing around with another editor that needs the Matrox support codecs to
circumvent any hardware, not sure if its needed in AP Lee, but the download
(free) is here:

http://www.matrox.com/video/en/support/windows/vfw_software_codecs/downloads/softwares/version1.0/

The support forums for this other program state you need them, so its worth
a go I suppose.
