On the bottom of the Welcome screen for PRE 9 is says "Gathering user
information..." Usually this comes up with my personal information in a second
or two. Lately, however, the information does not come up. I'm on a Win 7 PC.
Virus scans of my machine are not finding anything. What is wrong?
