You’re right – it does have quite a learning curve. This Adobe link
<http://www.adobe.com/designcenter/video_workshop/?id=vid0187>  might help;
there are 26 topics but they seem to be task specific and not introductory
learning. I bought Adobe’s Classroom in a Book and went through its exercises,
but I don’t use it enough to get very comfortable with it.

Good luck!!!

Thanks I've never used After Effects. I suspect it has steep learning curve,
any
recommendations on video tutorial or web links that can give me a crash course?

Best Regards,

It can be done in Premiere Pro, but it will be labor intensive. It may
be easier if it were to be done with After Effects.

Hi all,

I have been commissioned to create a promo video for a software company
utilizing some screen shots of their product. I would like to create
something similar like this video: http://vimeo. com/18514213.
<http://vimeo. com/18514213.>

Can our experts here tell me if I can create something similar using
premiere pro? It seems complex and I am wondering if I need to use
another software for this style. Or perhaps they are combining different
types of software for the animation of the rolling scenes over the
background of logo.

Best regards,
CB
