I do not wish to continue a conversation about this, I simply stated my experience with a product I found on this forum.
If a person needed to purchase from them, I would suggest not giving an email. I was very disappointed in the short duration of the some of the sound effects. I do have a use for engine sounds and will have to record them my self. I have used the unsubscribe button at least 4 times, Emailed them 3 times to unsubscribe Before all this, I emailed them a question about the purchase. The reply came 3 weeks later, I had already received the DVD. Why do I have to go to the extent of calling them on the telephone? As you suggest I will probably have to call them. Someone put that company on this forum and I thought they would at least be credible. I was disappointed with the sound effects in some ways. Some are so short some are useless, A motor effect cannot be used in an extended scene when it is only 5 seconds long. But I paid my money and took my chances. What I don't like is these people harassing me. I have repeatedly told them to quit sending me emails. And used their unsubscribe button as well. They will not stop.
