I don't know who you are addressing, because I don't see any Reini here (maybe you have some food in your eyes, making reading a bit difficult for you?) The joke was about European Community Economy, and any European including any Greek would agree that the joke was extremely funny and tasteful. Of course most people who don't live in Europe can't understand the joke because they don't have a clue of what is going on here just as we Europeans don't understand what all this fuzz about Palin is about.
